Services Selling Fees
Services Selling Fees are segmented by service profession, service type, and location. The fees below apply to All Professions, All Service Types, in all Locations unless otherwise specified below.
Transaction fee includes all relevant fees for invoicing, payment processing, and fraud protection.
Platform fee includes marketing, advertising, seller tools, and customer service.
Pre-packaged Services Selling Fees
20% for the portion of the service price up to $1K (5% Transaction fee and 15% Service Platform fee)
15% for the portion of the service price greater than $1K (5% Transaction fee and 10% Service Platform fee)
Custom Services Selling Fees (applicable to all orders placed after 6/30/2015)
15% for the portion of the service price up to $1K (5% Transaction fee and 10% Service Platform fee)
10% for the portion of the service price greater than $1K (5% Transaction fee and 5% Service Platform fee)
Recurring Services Selling Fees
10% of service price for completed orders (5% Transaction fee and 5% Service Platform fee)
The following fees apply to Selling Services on Amazon:
Monthly Subscription Fees: waived through December 31, 2015
Background Check Fees: waived through December 31, 2015 (for fees incurred prior to this date)
Per Business: $50 (required for all service providers that list services on Amazon
Per Participating Employee: $40 (required for employees performing in-home services)
Amazon deducts the fees as a percentage of the service price, excluding any taxes collected through Amazon tax collection services.
